Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end development and execution of RF/mmWave front-end integrated circuit programs for its TeraWave satellite communications network. The role manages requirements, architecture, IC development, tapeout, silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, OSAT engagement, and production transition, while coordinating internal engineering teams and external foundry, IP, EDA, OSAT, packaging, test, and system stakeholders. The position is based in San Diego, California, or Cupertino, California, with a temporary remote work exception while the San Diego site is being developed.
