Mark43 is hiring a Technical Recruiter to build and grow its UK recruiting practice in Manchester. The role partners with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and Information Security; develops talent mapping and sourcing strategies; screens candidates; establishes recruiting processes; and represents the company in the local technology community. It requires at least three years of experience in a high-growth software environment, familiarity with enterprise software, strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse experience, and the ability to work independently. The position is based in Manchester and follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the Manchester office.
