Description
GITAI is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Technical Recruiter to source and recruit Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for its space and defense engineering teams. The role owns active sourcing and outreach, builds candidate pipelines, reviews applications, conducts initial screens, coordinates with technical hiring managers, and improves recruiting processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience at a VC-backed startup at Series B or earlier, and strong experience recruiting Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineers. The position is primarily onsite, pays $50–$87 per hour, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
