GMRE is hiring a Program Manager to oversee complex government Advisory and Assistance and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance contracts. The role leads program execution, stakeholder and customer engagement, budget and financial management, risk and performance monitoring, contract compliance, strategic planning, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or engineering, or equivalent certifications with extensive programmatic and Department of Defense experience; 5+ years managing large, complex programs, DoD contractual knowledge, and experience with U.S. government agencies. The position requires an active U.S. SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, flexible availability, and travel up to 25% of the time.
