Description
Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer – Etch/Strip to provide technical support for equipment qualification, statistical process control, lot disposition, process excursions, troubleshooting, corrective actions, recipes, experiments, documentation, and production equipment operations in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, preferably an associate of science degree or equivalent work experience, and at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, especially in Etch and Strip. The position follows a front-days schedule and pays $19–$27 per hour, with health benefits beginning on day one.
