Description
Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role includes certifying and training operators, operating and calibrating equipment, troubleshooting tool and product issues, documenting recipes and experiment results, analyzing data, and supporting process and equipment improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, semiconductor manufacturing knowledge, strong computer and spreadsheet skills, and basic SPC understanding; greater than two years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred. The schedule is back days on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:12 p.m., with 0–25% travel time, and the hourly pay range is $19–$27.
