Description
The Technician Manager East provides technical leadership for Controls Technicians serving the eastern portion of North Carolina, overseeing controls programming, checkout, commissioning, project documentation, customer relationships, and technician mentorship from project development through closeout. The role requires an associate's degree or equivalent HVAC education and experience, at least five years of HVAC controls installation, programming, and commissioning experience, familiarity with HVAC products and Trane systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors, on-call, and occasionally overtime or weekends.
