Description
Graco is hiring a Technology Integration Program Manager to lead IT diligence, integration planning, execution, synergy capture, risk management, governance, and Day-1 readiness across infrastructure, applications, data and analytics, and security for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transformation initiatives. The role partners with IT leaders, acquired-company counterparts, enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, and supports change management, data migration, cutover planning, and transition to steady-state operations. It is based at the Minneapolis office and will transition to the new headquarters in Dayton, Minnesota in 2027. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, at least seven years of IT experience, and offers a base salary of $111,100 to $194,400.
