Description
The Technology Products Engineer II supports and maintains technology equipment for heavy earthmoving and mining customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, repair, and training for CAT, Trimble, MineStar, and related autonomous and GPS-based systems. The role also identifies technology sales opportunities, supports account managers, develops customer relationships, and promotes technology adoption. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least seven years of industry experience, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding field work, including travel.
