Description
The School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking temporary/part-time faculty for clinical teaching in the prelicensure nursing program for the 2026–2027 academic year. The role may involve teaching courses in Foundations, Adult Health, Maternal-Infant, Community, Mental Health, and Capstone, and may include senior clinical preceptor experience. Applicants need a master’s degree with 9 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline for undergraduate courses, or a terminal doctoral degree for graduate courses; equivalent professional experience, certifications, and licensures may also qualify. North Carolina RN or NP licensure and board certification requirements apply depending on the faculty type. The position is temporary, may continue based on department need, and does not provide leave.
