Ascom is hiring a Test Engineer (R&D) for its Morrisville-based R&D team to support development-launch projects. The role involves planning, designing, executing, reporting, and documenting manual and automated tests; integrating and verifying products and systems; collaborating with developers; tracking defects; and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience, 1–2 years in agile development, and 1–2 years with ISTQB Foundation or similar testing methodology, along with strong test equipment, software testing, and automation skills.
