Description
ABM Industries is hiring an Electrical Field Test Technician for its Electrical Power Services team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role involves traveling approximately 25% to customer sites to inspect, test, troubleshoot, commission, and repair low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical equipment, including switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, motor control centers, generators, and protection systems. The technician will also maintain records, prepare field reports, coordinate with customers and project management, and may supervise Level 1 and 2 trainees and assistants. The position pays $38.00–$50.00 hourly plus available paid overtime and includes benefits, incentives, and a company service vehicle and fuel card.
