Raytheon is hiring an onsite Development Program Manager in Tucson, Arizona, to lead hardware development for an upgraded Tomahawk capability. The role manages cost, schedule, technical execution, engineering development, qualification testing, flight testing, and transition to LRIP production, while leading program IPTs, cross-functional teams, customer relationships, financial accountability, and proposal activities. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance, and have substantial relevant program management and weapons-development experience; the salary range is 132,400 USD to 251,600 USD, with relocation offered based on eligibility.
