Asset Living is hiring a floating, short-term Community Manager Specialist to provide on-site operational leadership for communities during staffing transitions, vacancies, new acquisitions, performance needs, or stabilization efforts. The role oversees daily operations, compliance, emergency response, staff supervision, financial reporting, leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and property inspections. Assignments may involve multifamily, affordable, build-to-rent, active adult, or student housing and require travel, including flights and overnight stays. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree, two to four years of property management experience, and CAM or ARM certification are preferred.
