New Hanover County Facilities Management is hiring a full-time Trades Technician to perform repairs and general maintenance on county-owned buildings, including painting, plumbing, roofing, drywall, siding, doors, windows, cabinets, and furnishings. The role also involves construction and renovation support, facility hardware maintenance, material estimating, emergency work, and a rotating on-call schedule.
