Description
The Trainer is a pedagogical and platform expert within 360Learning’s Professional Services team, responsible for empowering clients to master the Collaborative Learning platform and methodology through scalable training. The role owns the One-to-Many offer, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars, and collaborates with Customer Success and Product teams. Responsibilities include hosting webinars, updating training content, improving client engagement, analyzing adoption metrics, mentoring new trainers, and developing advanced training toolkits. The position requires at least three years of successful trainer experience or client-facing Customer Success/Care experience, strong listening and teaching skills, and fluent German, English, and French writing. It offers a base salary and variable component, work-from-home allowance, health insurance, social security, and flexible hours, with total work from home possible anywhere in Spain.
