PEAK Technical Staffing is hiring a Transportation Systems Program Engineer to support the North Carolina Department of Transportation TSMO Program. The role is on-site at the North Carolina DOT Statewide Traffic Management Center in Raleigh, NC and involves analyzing TSMO performance data, strategic planning, program implementation, TIM contract oversight, research, guidance-document development, project management, training curriculum creation, and client communication. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least three years of experience in traffic incident management, traffic management, TSMO, ITS, traffic engineering, or transportation design and planning are required; an Engineer in Training certification is preferred.
