The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is hiring a full-time University Program Specialist to support the School of Civic Life and Leadership. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Finance and Operations, the specialist will manage the full lifecycle of public lectures, seminars, and events; coordinate logistics, calendars, budgets, records, and reporting; maintain program calendars and documentation; create program and donor-facing collateral; and ensure brand consistency across communications and fundraising materials. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience, offers a salary of $65,500–$75,500, and is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
