PASCO is hiring an Unskilled Services Coordinator to support IHSS and Personal Care Services programs in Colorado Springs and the Lakewood area. The role coordinates personalized care plans, supervises Personal Care Workers and Homemakers, supports families with Medicaid and waiver services, maintains EHR records, and builds community partnerships. It is a hybrid position with Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Lakewood office and Mon/Wed/Fri field visits, pays $23 per hour, and requires at least two years of client-facing experience, familiarity with case management or client care coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
