Duke Raleigh Hospital is hiring a Utilization Manager / Medical Chart Auditor to assign patient class and status, validate payer authorizations, conduct medical-necessity and utilization reviews, manage denials and appeals, coordinate discharge planning, and support compliance and quality initiatives. The role requires a BSN, current or compact North Carolina RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least three years of recent acute clinical practice or related healthcare experience; Case Management Certification must be obtained within two years of hire. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
