Description
Versana is seeking a UX Designer to support its product and engineering teams by conducting user research, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, performing usability testing, developing personas and user journeys, and communicating design solutions to stakeholders. The role also maintains the design system library and UX standards, collaborates with developers, and may require work outside standard business hours during infrastructure upgrades or releases. The position requires a BS or BA in human-computer interaction or user experience, 4–7+ years of UX design experience, strong UX research skills, WCAG knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple products and stakeholders.
