Saildrone is hiring a Vehicle Software Engineer to develop and maintain production C++ software for autonomous unmanned surface vehicles. The role integrates sensors, power, battery-management, propulsion, and other vehicle control systems; supports configuration, deployment, upgrades, and fleet migration; and performs field troubleshooting using telemetry, logs, and testing. Candidates need strong C++ systems experience, software-hardware integration skills, and experience debugging and deploying software on physical products.
