Description
Sendoso is hiring a full-time Warehouse Lead for its Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center. The role is hands-on and involves leading shift operations, organizing and coaching associates, supporting receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping, maintaining inventory accuracy, using scanners and warehouse management systems, and improving safety and workflow. Candidates need prior warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, distribution, or operations experience, leadership or training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work the 5:45 AM–2:30 PM Monday–Friday shift. The position pays $21 per hour plus a sign-on bonus and includes medical benefits, a 401(k), FSA, LSA program, and PTO.
