Description
The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on operations leader responsible for the day-to-day performance of a warehouse, including inventory, equipment, safety, shipping, and delivery operations. The role directly manages warehouse associates and delivery drivers, hires and trains personnel, certifies forklift and order picker operators, oversees equipment and facility maintenance, supports inventory and year-end counts, coordinates with purchasing and freight representatives, and maintains a safe and compliant work environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, prior management or supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to operate material handling equipment and drive a tractor trailer.
