Well that’s been just the case here, there have been a few things to come up but management has consistently and clearly communicated the plan of action to correct any inconveniences. “We love 10 Clay apartments being tucked in closer to the water, away from major businesses and foot traffic which makes it a very cozy and safe place to be, while still being a walkable distance to Pike Place and downtown. There is a yoga studio, convenience store, coffee shop, several pubs and the Olympic Park all less than 5 min walk from the building. Alex and Jerahmiah do a fantastic job to keep this building running smoothly. Communication is great and they have very warm and approachable personalities.”
