IQ Fiber

“Great job by Eric Latour and assistant. Quick, efficient, and very respectful of property. Service is great--both upload and download blow away my prior provider. Eric even incorporated my existing Mesh network into the mix. Very simple and easy.”

“My installer team was very professional and took the time needed to do a clean install and make sure they answered all my questions. Eric was very knowledgeable and offered lots of information on the service.”

“Chris was great and very efficient! Everything went seamlessly from start to finish! Service has been awesome!”

“Great install experience! Chris, Kadeem and Fernando did a great job. Really glad to get real gigabit fiber here in Atlantic Beach. Update: got the full install with Samuel and Tim and they also did a great job. I'm getting the full 1 gigabit speeds (both up and down!) and the latency is phenomenal.”

“Quick, easy, and clean installation. Sam & Eric we’re both very professional and courteous. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with IQ Fiber.”

“I was not looking forward to today. Eric and Sam were terrific! They made the transformation from cable to fiber a great experience. They stayed until every thing was up and running to a tee!! Wonderful connection. Great company. Thank you!!”

“Sam and Chris were fabulous. Extremely nice and professional. They did an excellent job. Very respectful wearing shoe coverings when coming in house and cleaned up after themselves. Strongly recommend IQ Fiber!”

“I love this IQ Fiber internet service! I just uploaded a large video file in less than 30 seconds. It used to take 30 minutes on cable, if it worked at all! Thank you, IQ!!”

“We got IQ Fiber about a month ago. Super fast internet and great service! Our internet went out this morning during Tropical Storm Ian. I sent an email just to let them know and not expecting a response until the storm was over. But I got a call a few minutes later. They tried to reset remotely and when that didn’t work, they had a truck over within the hour and got us back up and running. They went way beyond our expectations during a storm!!”

“So far a great experience with IQ- they have kindly come back and added more sod where they installed the lines. We are hooked up and using IQ and so far the performance is great. I will be leaving both lines up and transitioning to IQ over the next month. We have two people working from home so we are excited about their level of concern on the quality of wifi throughout the house. They have been very responsive to questions and the whole team has been so polite.”

“This is EXACTLY what Jacksonville need. An ISP that cares about its customers.”

“The sales director, Chip, made big promises and delivered with the help of an amazing team.”
