Frank and Sherri’s journey began with the creation of the Kate’s House Foundation, a nonprofit organization designed to offer an alternative model of recovery housing for individuals battling substance use disorder. The couple aimed to provide a safe, supportive environment for people in recovery—particularly those who struggled with traditional recovery housing models. Over time, their business grew to encompass a second venture, FrankandSherri.com , which teaches others how to open shared housing for marginalized groups using the Kate’s House model. As their business scaled, Frank and Sherri encountered the typical challenges many entrepreneurs face: increasing operational complexity and growing customer lists that became difficult to manage with their existing tools. With an expanding customer base across different platforms, they struggled to keep up with communication, automation, and lead nurturing. They needed a solution that could help streamline their processes without adding more people to their team.
