Description
The Administrative Assistant supports the Director by performing reception and secretarial duties, screening calls and walk-ins, managing appointments and meetings, handling mail and deliveries, preparing correspondence, maintaining agency forms, entering data into a program database, and keeping the reception and waiting areas professional. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, business experience including office clerical work, data entry, and basic accounting, flexibility for weekends and evenings, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
