Description
The Advanced Technical Support (ATS) Engineer provides advanced technical support for HP DesignJet products, resolving complex hardware, firmware, software, driver, networking, and print-workflow issues. The role escalates difficult cases, manages technical cases through closure, collaborates with product and engineering teams, supports service readiness and field deployments, and shares technical knowledge with support and partner teams. It requires at least five years of technical support or field service experience with HP DesignJet or comparable large-format printing systems, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and an associate degree or equivalent practical experience. The position is full time, requires approximately 25% travel, and offers $65,600 to $101,000 USD annually plus potential bonus and equity for United States candidates.
