Description
SpaceX is hiring an AI Engineer, Platform Infrastructure, Special Programs to build deterministic, well-tested deployment tooling for cleared engineers operating at classified sites. The role covers deployment generators, platform documentation, bundle pipelines, profile-driven rendering across public cloud, enterprise on-prem, and classified air-gap targets, cross-profile CI matrices, testing and validation frameworks, integration with existing operators and Kubernetes resources, and monitoring-stack migration. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least one year of Go or Python experience, and at least one year of Kubernetes or similar containerization experience; the position requires a Top Secret Security Clearance, may require travel to government sites, and offers a base salary of $135,000 to $230,000 per year.
