Possible is hiring its first dedicated Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to own the infrastructure supporting machine learning models. The role will build a shared feature store, establish model drift monitoring, consolidate deployment tooling into a reliable pipeline, and establish long-term processes and standards. It requires hands-on production experience with feature stores, model serving, and monitoring systems, along with Python, AWS, and Databricks proficiency. The position is hybrid in Seattle, with three days in the downtown office, and offers a base salary of $187,440 to $202,350 plus stock options, benefits, and a bonus plan.
