Altasciences is seeking an on-site Associate Director, Human Resources for its nonclinical research site in Scranton, Pennsylvania, with responsibility across Scranton and Columbia, Missouri. The role develops and implements HR strategies, advises leaders on employee relations and performance matters, manages and coaches an HR direct report, analyzes HR data, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, leads recruitment, onboarding, training, change initiatives, compensation and benefits programs, occupational health and safety, and supports expatriate visa processing. The position requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or administration, at least five years of progressive HR experience including leadership, more than three years of management experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and preferably SHRM or HRCI certification.
