The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs will lead the development and optimization of Dyne's talent acquisition strategies, systems, and processes. This role focuses on building scalable recruiting practices, improving candidate and internal experience, strengthening TA technology and reporting, and driving continuous improvements in hiring operations. The Associate Director will collaborate with various departments like HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and communications to align hiring priorities with organizational goals.
