WPP is hiring a Backend Software Developer to design, build, and support reliable backend systems, including core services, integrations, APIs, messaging, databases, and enterprise applications. The role requires strong Java and JVM expertise, distributed-systems knowledge, SQL and NoSQL database skills, and ownership of features through implementation, testing, release, and post-release support. The position is hybrid, with teams in the office around four days per week, and offers a base salary of $60,000 to $140,000 USD.
