The role covers smart contracts, on-chain event listeners, wallet and blockchain protocol integrations, backend services, asynchronous event-driven architectures, security, and enterprise-grade infrastructure. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 10–15 years of software engineering experience, 3–5 years of Web3 and blockchain application development experience, and 8–12 years of backend development experience using Java/Spring, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks. The position is based in New York and offers a salary range of $142,320 to $213,480 plus benefits.
