AECOM is hiring a CEQA Project Manager in San Diego, California to manage environmental review and compliance for a school district’s capital improvement and facilities projects. The role serves as the district’s subject-matter expert for CEQA, oversees initial studies, negative declarations, mitigated negative declarations, environmental impact reports, program EIR tiering, public processes, agency coordination, mitigation monitoring, and the legal defensibility of CEQA determinations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant CEQA environmental project management experience, with no visa sponsorship available.
