GenScript is hiring a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month contract with possible conversion to permanent employment. The role conducts high-volume technical and cultural recruitment for open positions at U.S. sites, focuses on passive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter for mid-senior to upper-management roles, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and supports onboarding and orientation. The position is based onsite in Piscataway, New Jersey, with four days onsite and one day of remote flexibility, and pays approximately $40–$43 per hour based on experience.
