Description
Lam is hiring a Director of Technical Program Management and Enterprise Portfolio Delivery to lead approximately 25 Technical Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Change Management professionals, and contingent workers across strategic initiatives supporting multiple business units. The role owns portfolio governance, risk and dependency management, Agile delivery excellence, organizational change adoption, executive steering, stakeholder adoption, talent development, and AI and automation initiatives. It requires 15+ years of program, portfolio or TPM leadership experience, 7+ years of people leadership experience, strong software program management and portfolio governance expertise, and experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and hybrid delivery. The position offers hybrid work models and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $168,000 to $350,000.
