Description
The Human Resources Manager provides leadership and consultation to an assigned entity, developing and aligning human resources strategy, supporting people plans, resolving complex employee relations matters, driving engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing HR services to reduce litigation risk. The role may supervise Human Resources Business Partners and support contract negotiations, grievance and arbitration management, and union interfacing. It requires a bachelor's degree, a master's degree is preferred, and five years of progressive human resources experience in large and complex healthcare delivery systems.
