Description
The Human Resources Director will work with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to shape employee-focused strategy, culture, compensation, succession planning, recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits, and HR operations for a growing 110-person manufacturing company. The role leads HR staff, manages the HR budget, oversees onboarding and benefits administration, and supports business expansion across multiple sites, including Mexico, while remaining in-office at the Goleta, California headquarters.
