Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of progressive HR leadership or HR Business Partner experience, including advising executives and managers
Commercial experience in a high-growth, sales-driven, customer-focused, or operationally intensive business
Demonstrated success aligning people strategy with growth, profitability, customer outcomes, and business execution
Experience scaling organizations through major growth in headcount, revenue, complexity, geographic reach, or business lines
Experience building high-performance cultures, leading succession planning, and developing leaders and HR team members
Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable senior-level certification also preferred
Experience leading M&A due diligence, leadership assessment, integration, and change management while maintaining business continuity and culture
Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like, sales-driven, food, distribution, logistics, trading, or supply-chain environment
Experience helping scale an organization through a major step-change in size, such as doubling or tripling headcount or supporting comparable revenue and complexity growth
