The role will build and mentor a recruiting team, optimize hiring processes and applicant tracking systems, develop recruiting campaigns, and use data to improve performance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, 8–12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, and 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
