The Director of Talent Acquisition leads Accanto Health’s enterprise recruiting strategy and execution across a multi-site healthcare organization. The role develops workforce-aligned recruiting strategies, manages full-cycle hiring and sourcing, improves Talent Acquisition systems and processes, monitors hiring metrics, and leads and develops a Talent Acquisition team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience leading Talent Acquisition, with healthcare or multi-site service organization experience preferred.
