CHAOS Industries is hiring a Director of People Operations to lead and scale its People Operations function as the company grows. The role owns HR policy, HRIS and vendor strategy, benefits, employee relations, performance and compensation processes, compliance training, HR reporting, automation, and the People Operations team. It is a full-time onsite position in Los Angeles, California, requiring at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and access to U.S. export-control and government-contract systems. The targeted base salary is $172,000–$220,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits fully paid by the company.
