Lattice is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead its recruiting function and serve on the People & Enterprise Systems Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief People & Operations Officer, the role owns talent acquisition strategy, operations, team development, hiring execution, data-driven improvements, AI-enabled workflows, executive and business-critical searches, candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting technology and vendor relationships. The position requires significant talent acquisition experience, recruiting-team leadership, expertise across the recruiting lifecycle, and the ability to advise senior leaders; GTM recruiting experience is strongly preferred. The role is remote and offers an estimated annual cash salary of $198,500 to $248,000 plus incentive stock options and benefits.
