Archer is hiring an embedded software engineer to independently lead the architectural design, development, and verification of safety-critical software for the aircraft Charge Control Unit. The role directs charge-control system implementation, interfaces with high-voltage and analog/digital hardware, leads DO-178C and DO-326A compliance, supports FAA certification audits, develops fault-detection algorithms, analyzes hardware schematics and power networks, and mentors junior and mid-level engineers.
