Description
Toast is hiring an EMEA People Operations Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role owns front-line shared-services support for employee inquiries across benefits, leave administration, compensation, and the employee lifecycle in EMEA, while also driving automation, standardization, scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement. It reports to the PeopleHub Manager, partners with global People and Places teams, and requires a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in Dublin. The role requires significant People Operations or Shared Services experience, strong stakeholder and analytical skills, and knowledge of HR technology, labour regulations, GDPR, and SOX. The base salary range is €68,000–€109,000 EUR.
