Description
Toast is hiring an EMEA People Operations Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role owns front-line People Services support across the employee lifecycle in EMEA, including benefits, leave administration, compensation, and complex case resolution, while driving automation, standardization, scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement. It also involves stakeholder management, local subject-matter expertise, and partnership with global People and Places teams. The role reports to the PeopleHub Manager, requires a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in the London office, and seeks candidates with extensive People Operations or Shared Services experience, strong English and French fluency, and relevant HR technology and compliance knowledge.
