Masimo is hiring an Engineering Project Manager, Sustaining to lead complex cross-functional sustaining engineering and product lifecycle projects for commercially released medical devices and accessories. The role manages design and engineering changes, component obsolescence, supplier qualification, manufacturing transfer, product quality improvements, cost reduction, and business continuity initiatives, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Management. It is an on-site position in Irvine, California, requiring a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and at least three years of project or program management experience in a regulated industry. The annual salary range is $106,000 to $140,000, with an additional up-to-10% annual bonus and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
