The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide strategic, confidential, and diversified administrative support to multiple executive leaders and staff. Responsibilities include managing sensitive correspondence, coordinating meetings and calendars, preparing reports and presentations, handling expense reports and budget compliance, maintaining filing systems, supporting special projects, and proactively resolving operational challenges. The role requires at least four years of experience supporting senior leadership, Microsoft Office proficiency, project-management and organizational skills, and flexibility to work varying schedules and travel to multiple locations.
